What is the "9ine and why are you receiving this invite.
These 9ine is a project that I have been crafting in the think tank for many years now and is finally coming to light, the mission, Create and build stunning portfolios for youth models as the develop in to young adults, assisting them with the tools and experiences to have confidence to take on the industry!
Backstory, over the past few years, worked with models of all ages, however, I find that there can sometimes come a time where the bookings slow, and the castings seem fewer and further in between for talent. Many times I have been called in to work with talent to update portfolios or even just headshots, and I hear the stories of loss of interest, and direction.
This is where the 9ine aims to assist, what I am doing with the 9ine is taking a group of models (7 - 9 total) starting in February - June, and working with them on a frequent basis to not only shoot portfolios but to share my experience and knowledge to prepare models for the next steps. As I will be between Brooklyn and Orlando for the next months, I have laid out a full schedule and description of what you can expect as part of the 9ine.
The 9ine's sessions will be broken down into 12 different sessions over the next 5 months and the specific session include:
(Please note: All sessions will be done with 2 - 3 more models on set as the 9ine is an instruction based session, and it is important for the models to also be exposed to other talent while they grow in their experience)
1. Introduction to Modeling
In this course the models will take on the basics of the modeling, including the different types of modeling, essential terms, and how to find your niche. This course sets the foundation for your modeling journey with insights into agency expectations and industry standards. Courses will be conducted with 30 mins of conversation and 1 hour and 30mins of shooting. From this session models walk out with 1 full look of digitals, and model headshots to use for submissions, and portfolio updates. (Sessions full duration: 2 Hours)
2. Confidence & Presence

Each sessions is 60 minutes long!
Sessions yield 9 - 12 fully edited images per look and are delivered within 10 days of the shoot date, ready to be used in anyway that you would like.
These sessions are a perfect opportunity for anyone looking who may be looking to get into modeling, and have been just looking for the right opportunity to come along, or experienced models looking to dynamically build their portfolio. Photo are guaranteed to empress agencies and enhance social media engagement.
Shoot is perfect for updating: Headshots, Commercial/Fashion book, Model updates (digitals).
Great direction and posing advice is provided to ensure that each session comes out looking clean and professional.
